Pre-Theatre Dining with OVO Cirque du Soleil

We’re thrilled to team up with OVO Cirque du Soleil to offer an enchanting pre-theatre dining experience before the show at the Royal Albert Hall, just a short walk from the hotel.

Begin your evening with our seasonal pre-theatre menu (available 5-7pm daily), featuring two exclusive OVO-inspired dishes by Executive Chef Isabela Vaz: a reimagined egg starter with salt-baked Jerusalem artichoke puree, Iberico ham, and winter leaves, followed by the playful OVO plum and grape white chocolate egg dessert. It’s the perfect place to start before enjoying the incredible acrobatics and energy of Cirque du Soleil.

Priced at £36 per person for three courses, this menu offers a joyful, sophisticated start to an unforgettable night of culture and performance.

At The K Bar, discover Waterford’s Green Shoots, a fresh, herbaceous cocktail that celebrates flavour. Crafted with Redbreast 12 Year Old Irish Whiskey, Karminia, vermouth and Green Chartreuse, and served in Waterford’s iconic Lismore Martini glass.
