Let Us Eat Cake Afternoon Tea
Inspired by the fashion, gardens and opulent court life of Marie Antoinette, Let Us Eat Cake is our elegant afternoon tea. Beautifully presented and exquisitely detailed, each creation is as decorative as it is delicious, served from a chic fan-shaped menu that echoes the playful extravagance of Versailles.
To elevate the experience, sip on The Queen’s Coupe (£23): a luxurious cocktail of Belvedere Vodka, Pimms, Earl Grey cordial, clarified clotted cream and Charles Heidsieck Brut Réserve NV, finished with a rose petal and raspberry rim.
Priced at £59 per person, or £73 with Champagne or The Queen’s Coupe, Let Us Eat Cake is a decadent cultural experience. Exclusive hotel packages are also available for V&A visitors, just moments away in the heart of South Kensington.
From 5-31st January, tables of four or more with a minimum spend of £200, can enjoy a complimentary bottle of Charles Heidsieck Champagne with their Let Us Eat Cake Afternoon Tea.

As our menu is priced per person, we are unable to provide a sharing experience. We strive to source all our fish and seafood from sustainable sources. We use free-range and Red Tractor-certified poultry from Norfolk and Suffolk, whilst our cheese is sourced from Paxton & Whitfield, based in Jermyn Street. Our trusted fruit and vegetable suppliers work closely with British producers and source all our seasonal produce, forming a ‘field to fork’ relationship. A discretionary service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill.
