2. Place your order with our concierge team, either in person or via email
3. Enjoy free delivery directly to your room within 2-hours (available Monday to Friday from 9-5pm)
4. Try on items from the comfort of your room and decide which ones you want to keep
5. Enjoy a 20% discount for any items you want to keep or simply return any unwanted items to our concierge team
6. Any items you decide to keep will be invoiced at the end of your stay
